welcome to women’s ministry 2021-2022

“And who knows but that you have come to your royal position for such a time as this?” | Esther 4:14

Our theme and verse for this year is taken from the book of Esther. This book is a story of intrigue—an example of how one woman thwarted an evil plan to destroy the nation of Israel. Esther was courageous. She desired to serve God while risking her safety. God has a purpose for the situations in which He places us, and Esther was certainly an example from the Bible for us today. This book reveals the sovereignty of God in all areas of our lives.

Esther was in the right place at the right time. Her intentional actions maximized her time on Earth. Don’t we all want to make the most of every day in our lives? We want to pour into our families, our home, as well as grow in our relationship with the Lord. Time is precious to each of us.

In Women’s Ministry, we want to help you make choices that fit your season of life and prioritize what matters most. We offer community of small groups in Bible studies, various MomNation groups, a women’s Sunday school class, online groups, both day and evening, with many of our groups doing service projects periodically together. We top it off with special events featuring national speakers and worship leaders. Girlfriend clubs can be a fun way to meet around a shared hobby or interest once a month.

It is our hope that you will make time to find community and ways to know Jesus better, as well as join Him on mission. Wherever you are on your journey, whether just beginning to follow Jesus or a follower for many years, you have a place in our Women’s Ministry.

These groups provide a place to grow in relationship with God, enjoy a small group setting, and make friends, as we are discipled. Our hope is that women will, in turn, become disciplers of women who God brings into their lives. Please join us for a study. You can choose the one that is best for your season of life, your learning style, and your faith journey.

We are preparing for our fall Bible studies and we will release those titles and open registration at our Deeper event on Tuesday, July 26.

MomNation is dedicated to encouraging, equipping, and empowering you in motherhood through the many stages of life. Come find friendship and inspiration to be the best mom you can be.

This year’s theme : All for love

“Love is patient and kind; love does not envy or boast; it is not arrogant or rude. It does not insist on its own way; it is not irritable or resentful; it does not rejoice in wrongdoing, but rejoices with the truth. Love bears all things, believes all things, hopes all things, endures all things.” | 1 Corinthians 13:4-7 (ESV)

We have options for moms in every walk of life. We offer MOPS (Mothers of Preschoolers) every other week on both Mondays and Tuesdays. Every other week, we offer a MomNation Bible Study, that coordinates with the MOPS schedule. We also offer groups for Working Moms and Moms in the Middle (mothers of school-age kids + teens). Click through to find the MomNation group that’s right for you.

If you have questions or if you need prayer, email Jessica Hennig or Erin Marken.

We are preparing for our fall MomNation groups and will open registration at our Deeper event on Tuesday, July 26.

God uses different pieces of our lives to make a beautiful picture. Girlfriends Clubs brings pieces of interest, fun, and belonging for all who take part! Meet once a month to connect with others and have fun.

Do you want to connect with other single mothers facing similar challenges? Are you experiencing a difficult season of infertility? Our women’s support groups are here to care for you and ensure you don’t have to face these trials alone.

At these meetings, you’ll find women who are going through similar struggles and want to offer a listening ear. You are not alone. Come find the care and support you need during this season.
