welcome to women’s ministry 2022-2023

“The Lord will guide you always; he will satisfy your needs in a sun-scorched land and will strengthen your frame. You will be like a well-watered garden, like a spring whose waters never fail.” | Isaiah 58:11

We are excited to invite you to our upcoming year of growing deeper in our relationship with the Lord.

This spring my husband and I re-landscaped our yard. We have had to work on soil preparation, providing the right light for each plant, and the amount of water to help each peony, hydrangea, or shrub grow to its best potential. As women, we are also like plants in a garden that need soil preparation of our heart for Jesus to work in us, the Light and Son to grow us day by day. God used so many garden and planting illustrations in Scripture. He begins with the Garden of Eden and ends with the Garden in the book of Revelation. Roots and soil are important illustrations in His teachings.

And so, we are choosing Growing in God as our theme for 2022-2023. We kick off the year with our Deeper Garden Party. We have a pathway for women to join us wherever they are, just searching for faith, beginning with MomNation and moving to weekly Bible studies. We offer low intensity studies that are just one hour of homework a week paired with small group discussion for community. Moving down the pathway is mid intensity with two to three hours a week of homework, as well as high intensity with five hours of digging deeper in God’s word. We offer both in person and online options. To accompany our weekly women’s studies, we have special events that provide a great place to invite friends. I love our Nights of Worship where we praise God with a mix of favorite songs. This year we are adding service projects and even a Monday morning prayer prompt on social media to start your week. Girlfriend clubs can be a great way to meet other women with a shared hobby.

Please check out our Women’s Ministry booklet and join us wherever you are on the pathway. Together we want to become like Jesus and join Him on mission. Can’t wait to meet you on the path.

These groups provide a place to grow in relationship with God, enjoy a small group setting, and make friends, as we are discipled. Our hope is that women will, in turn, become disciplers of women who God brings into their lives. Please join us for a study. You can choose the one that is best for your season of life, your learning style, and your faith journey.

Registration for Spring 2023 will open on Monday, December 5.

MomNation is dedicated to encouraging, equipping, and empowering you in motherhood through the many stages of life. Come find friendship and inspiration to be the best mom you can be.

This year’s theme : We go together

This year, we are going to come together as friends and show the world the remarkable things that God can do. May you find sisters who will help you do what feels impossible. May you find boldness in your purpose and comfort in being known. And may you say yes to the new things God wants to do in your life.

We have options for moms in every walk of life. We offer MOPS (Mothers of Preschoolers) every other week on both Mondays and Tuesdays. Every other week, we offer a MomNation Bible Study that coordinates with the MOPS schedule. We also offer groups for Working Moms and Moms in the Middle (mothers of school-age kids + teens). Click through to find the MomNation group that’s right for you.

Registration for Spring 2023 will open on Monday, December 19.

Girlfriends Clubs are designed to help women of all ages connect with one another through interest-based groups. Investing yourself and your time in one of these groups creates new friendships and strengthens existing ones. Each Girlfriends Club meets at least once a month for a time of fun and connecting with others. While having fun, each group also gives back to the community by choosing different service projects.

Do you want to connect with other single mothers facing similar challenges? Are you experiencing a difficult season of infertility? Our women’s support groups are here to care for you and ensure you don’t have to face these trials alone.

At these meetings, you’ll find women who are going through similar struggles and want to offer a listening ear. You are not alone. Come find the care and support you need during this season.
