Join Mission Hills Young Adults for one summer weekend in the mountains to seek God and build lifelong friendships together! You can expect biblical teaching, space to practice being with God, small group time with new and old friends, and tons of opportunity to explore the beautiful Colorado Rockies.
It’s Complicated Message Series
We have hundreds of contacts in our phones, but sometimes it feels like we have no one to call when life falls apart. You can share a bed with someone and still feel lonely. We can replay conversations for days, wondering if we said too much or should have said nothing at all.
The answer to our loneliness won't be found in another personality test, relationship hack, or podcast. Long before smartphones and social media complicated our relationships, God gave us wisdom for building friendships, navigating conflict, loving our families, and becoming the kind of people others are grateful to know.

Tenemos cientos de contactos en nuestros teléfonos, pero a veces sentimos que no tenemos a nadie a quien llamar cuando la vida se nos viene abajo. Podemos compartir la misma cama con alguien y, aun asÃ, sentirnos solos. Podemos pasar dÃas enteros repasando una conversación en nuestra mente, preguntándonos si dijimos demasiado o si hubiera sido mejor no decir nada.
La respuesta a nuestra soledad no se encuentra en otra prueba de personalidad, en un truco para mejorar las relaciones o en un nuevo pódcast. Mucho antes de que los teléfonos inteligentes y las redes sociales complicaran nuestras relaciones, Dios ya nos habÃa dado sabidurÃa para construir amistades, manejar los conflictos, amar a nuestras familias y convertirnos en el tipo de personas que otros agradecen tener en sus vidas.
