Join us for Sharpen, a men’s event designed to equip men to persevere with joy and lead courageously in a complex, fallen world. US Army Ranger Brandon Young will unpack how God uses adversity to form perseverance, character, and hope, drawing on Scripture (Ecclesiastes 3:11 and Romans 5:3-4) and his own combat experiences. Whether you feel overwhelmed and unequipped for the terrain ahead or want to navigate life’s challenges with joy and perseverance over the long haul, this event is for you.
The first 275 registrants will receive a free copy of Brandon’s book, Perseverance > Endurance.
This is your chance to connect with other men and let iron SHARPEN iron (Proverbs 27:17). Mark your calendar, grab a ticket, and bring a friend. This event is open to all guys 6th grade and up, so bring your sons, grandsons, nephews, students, and friends.

MEET OUR SPEAKER
BRANDON YOUNG is a former US Army Ranger who conducted four combat rotations to Afghanistan, principal at Applied Leadership Partners, and coauthor of Perseverance > Endurance. For over 25 years, he has built and led teams in the military special operations, corporate healthcare, and nonprofit sectors. Brandon placed 3rd in the 2006 Best Ranger Competition, assessed, mentored, and trained over 1,000 Ranger leaders at the 75th Ranger Regiment, is a Quest Diagnostics Regional Excellence Awardee for Commercial Leadership, holds a Master of Divinity in Leadership from Denver Seminary, and serves on the board of directors for GallantFew.
