So often we get wrapped up in what we’re passionate about, what is temporary here. Each one of us has special gifting’s that we tend to falsely build our identities around, it happens. It’s human nature. However, that’s not what we’re called for. Make sure that you take your gifts and give thanks to the creator. Throughout this initial series here called Identity, we’re going to be looking at athletes, coaches, and outdoorsmen who have placed their identities in Christ. When we are rooted in what’s eternal, what we’re truly called for, that’s what matters.
