We’re kicking off Season 6 and our study through Ecclesiastes! In today’s episode, we set the stage for our study of this wisdom book by first looking at some background information: authorship, time period, audience, key themes, and more. Then we jump into Chapter 1 and the beginning of the Teacher’s quest to find satisfaction in life, starting with his observations on the meaninglessness (vapor, hevel) of life we see in nature and the pursuit of wisdom.
