GROUP DESCRIPTION
The Coed Mountain Biking group is a great way to meet others who love Colorado’s great outdoors. Past rides have included places such as Highlands Ranch Backcountry Trails, Buffalo Creek, Green Mountain, Lair O’ the Bear (Rutabaga), Maryland Mountain, and several others
Our next ride is this Saturday, July 25th. We will be riding at Buffalo Creek, and doing most of the “Mini-Tour” route which covers the northern part of the trail network. This intermediate ride will be around 15 miles/1,500 ft of elevation. Details on the route are in the link below (although we generally climb up Gashouse instead of Baldy). This ride begins at the main (lower) parking lot for Buffalo Creek, located at 18268 S Buffalo Creek Rd, Pine, CO 80470. We will meet at the lower lot at 7:30 and start with a devotion and prayer before the ride. Please note that there is a parking fee of (I think) $7 per vehicle at this lot. There is WiFi at the lot with instructions on how to pay via the parking app. Please let me know if you plan on attending.
