Halloween Bash

Exclusively for 6th-8th grade, this will be the most fun you’ve ever had on a Friday! Wear a costume and join us for an amazing night featuring: prizes, nerf wars, inflatables, laser tag, photo booth, unlimited pizza, soda, cotton candy, and much more!

REGISTRATION DETAILS

  • Cost: $35
  • You will need an access code to register
  • Registration is limited to 1,000 students
  • You MUST register online prior to the event. Due to capacity and safety reasons, no walk-up registrations will be allowed. Please do not bring any students who have not already registered.

Want early registration access? Come to Middle School Ministry on one of our golden ticket nights: Wednesday, August 28, September 11, or September 25 from 5:30 – 8:00 PM.

Open registration will begin on Monday, September 30 at 8 AM and will close once we hit 1,000 attendees.

How do I sign up?
This year we are making Halloween Bash invite-only. We would love for you to join us on one of our golden ticket nights! During these nights we will be handing out a specific access code for registration with directions on how to sign up. These access codes will only last 48 hours.
Do I need an access code to register?
Yes! You need an access code to register for this event. You can receive a code to register at one of our golden ticket nights.
What are golden ticket nights?
Golden ticket nights will take place during our normal Middle School Ministry programming on Wednesday, August 28, September 11, and September 25 from 5:30 – 8:00 PM. These nights we will give out cards with access codes and directions on registering for Halloween Bash. Remember, these codes are only valid for 48 hours!
What if my student can't attend a golden ticket night?
Not to worry! The remaining slots after all the golden ticket nights will then turn into open registration. Starting September 30 at 8 AM, registration for Halloween Bash will be open to the public. Once we hit 1,000 students, we will close registration. As a reminder, there are no walk ups allowed, you will be turned away if you are not registered!
Can I register at the event?
NO! Due to capacity and safety reasons, there is no walk-up registration this year. We will be checking students in from their cars and turning away those who have not officially registered.
Do I have to wear a costume?
You do not have to wear a costume, but it will be more fun if you do! Check out our costume guidelines for any questions you might have.
What are the costume guidelines?
We encourage all students to wear a costume at Halloween Bash! However, there are a few things that are great to keep in mind with costumes:

  • Please leave any plastic/fake weapons at home for security reasons. These include things such as toy guns, swords, knives, baseball bats, etc.
  • Masks are welcome, but we will ask you take it off during the registration process to make sure we know who we’re checking in!
  • Please be mindful of costumes with blood/gore. Think PG- or G-rated.
  • All costumes must be modest and appropriate (absolutely no inappropriate language, sexual content, drug or alcohol references, or violence). Any students with costumes that are inappropriate will be asked to contact their parents to bring an alternative outfit.

When does the event start and end?
Check-in starts at 5 PM and doors open at 5:30 PM. Our program lasts from 6 – 9 PM.
Can I come late?
Yes, you may come late. We will have a welcome team outside making sure that students who have properly registered get checked in. We will be turning away people who haven’t officially registered.
What do I need to bring?
Yourself, your friends, and a great attitude!
Do I need extra money for anything?
Nope! Your $35 registration cost covers everything you need for the night.
Is this a safe event?
Yes! We make sure that there is plenty of adult supervision. Also, students are not permitted to leave during the event (unless picked up by a parent). We will have a security team and people who are medically qualified in case a student gets hurt. We take safety seriously.
Will there be any alcohol or drugs?
Absolutely NOT! If a student is found with any drugs (including cigarettes, vapes, JUUL, marijuana) or alcohol we will immediately call their parent, and possibly local law enforcement.
How many people will be there?
We are capping this year at 1,000 students.
How many adults will be there?
We try to have a ratio of about one leader per 3-4 students. Depending on the exact number of students at Halloween Bash, this ratio may be a little higher or lower. We will have almost 250-300 volunteers helping to run this event!
