• My words and deeds will represent Jesus well.
• I will attend the Sports Camp Training.
• I will be on time and attend the Sports Camp Huddle each morning.
• I will be prepared to assist in facilitating activities by reviewing the drills (if applicable) and the Coach’s Huddle for each day and engage the kids in conversation and activities while I serve.
• I will put my phone away when serving.
• My social media posts will be appropriate and represent myself, my family, my friends and my church well.
• I will wear a serve team nametag and serve team t-shirt so families know that I am authorized to serve.
• I will not bring friends to serve with me who have not been approved to serve at Sports Camp.
• I will ask questions if I am unclear about instructions or if I need assistance with a child.
• I will never be alone with a child and my behavior and conversations around kids will always be appropriate.
• I will not take pictures of the kids that I serve with unless given permission by the Kids Ministry Staff.

By checking the box above, I completely understand the commitment and responsibilities of serving at Sports Camp. I will do my best to create a safe and caring environment for the kids attending Sports Camp. I will actively participate and I will respect the adults in authority over all aspects of camp. If I do not follow through with the above expectations of serving, I will be asked not to participate and my parents/guardians will be notified.
