GROUP DESCRIPTION

This is a new group. We are a family of five. (Seven if you count our Golden Doodles, Finn and Lexie). Chris is a Physician Assistant and works in the Emergency Room. Theresa was a first-grade teacher for 25 years but recently retired and joined the Corporate world as a Regional Project Manager. We have 3 adult children. Matthew (26), who is following in his father’s footsteps and pursing a degree in medicine. Sarah (24) has her own business in marketing non-profit businesses on social media. Jenna (18) recently graduated HS. Her passion is music and musical theater. She is planning on attending Metro in the Fall to pursue both.

On the weekends we like to hike and spend time with our friends. We are getting used to a new life with all adult children and feel blessed that we all get together on the weekends to attend church together as a family. We are relatively new to Mission Hills and thought getting involved with a small group will help us to build community in the church. We are excited to meet with our group every other week to discuss, learn, grow, and share God’s word with each other. I think we are most excited to have new friends to be on mission with. This group does not provide childcare.
