Alternatives Pregnancy Center

Alternatives cares for Denver-area women and men in pregnancy-related crisis and offers them meaningful alternatives to abortion. In addition, Alternatives provides curriculum and education for positive youth development and healthy relationships and helps women experiencing conflicted emotions about a past abortion through individual counseling and support groups.

There are many volunteer opportunities, some require training before participation. Adult volunteers are asked for a one year commitment during which they work one, three-shift each week. Some opportunities include client advocate, answering a helpline, office receptionist, RV driver, sorting and stocking donated baby items and preparing layette bags.
