Mother’s Day Weekend 2022
May 7 - May 8

Moms (and dads and kids!), you’re invited to a special Mother’s Day service featuring guest speaker Elisa Morgan and worship led by Shauna Chanda.
We often feel weighed down by a sense of being “not enough.” Not enough as a mom, a dad, a daughter or son, a sister or brother, a worker or neighbor. What if what God longs for is not for us to do all we can but rather what we can? Jesus’ response to Mary of Bethany opens our eyes to the real difference we can make by doing what we can. Just that.
We will have sweet treats for all our moms and fun backdrops for family photos outside and in the lobby.

Shauna is a hometown girl from Texas, who has made Colorado her home for most of her adult life. She is a singer/songwriter/worshiper who has led in churches, recorded in the studio and mentoring praise teams around the country and the world
Shauna lost her first husband of 10 years in a car accident just before 9-11. In a moment, her life felt like a perfect puzzle that someone blew up and scattered into pieces. Through every tragic, joy-filled, celebratory, heart wrenching, and redeeming moment of her life, Shauna has clung to God and seen Him move in unspeakable ways. Today, she is blessed beyond with a pretty incredible man, Larry, that she’s privileged to call hubby!
When she’s not singing somewhere, you’ll usually find her writing, doodling on the keyboard, guitar, djembe or cajon, or some other acoustical something to bang on, or simply curled up on the couch with her hubby for a snooze during her favorite show. You can find her latest event schedule at www.shaunachanda.com.
