BOYS IN THE 21ST CENTURY

In 2015 the World Health Organization published a major study of mens’ and boys’ health worldwide. In it the study’s authors—from Europe, the U.S., and Asia—provided statistics and analysis from all continents, including the most comprehensive health study worldwide to date, the Global Burden of Disease Study led by the Institute for Health Metrics and Evaluation. The study concludes: In most of the world, girls and women are doing better than boys and men in both physical and mental health indicators…In most parts of the world, health outcomes among boys and men continue to be substantially worse than among girls and women.

Yet this gender-based disparity in health has received little national, regional, or global acknowledgment or attention from health policy makers or healthcare providers.

SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES

The Helping Christian Boys Thrive Summit™ is boldly committed to bringing to the attention of parents, Church leaders, Christian Educators, Non-profit organizations, and anyone who raises or works with boys, the crisis our boys face in the 21st Century and how we can change that storyline in their lives, calling them to follow Jesus into manhood. We invite you to put your name to this cause—to identify your ministry, organization, company, or family with this unprecedented moment in history for our boys, tangibly letting those who work with or raise boys to know that you are behind them.
