MOPS is for moms with children newborn through kindergarten, and it’s the perfect place for moms to connect.

Creative Activity Day

Spa Day

Yes, you read that correctly!  Come prepared to relax with your friends and enjoy being pampered.  A yoga class and various spa treatments will be offered.  We encourage everyone to come in their workout clothes and no make-up -  “ Real Beauty”.
