While we place a high value on reaching around the world with the Gospel, we are also involved in many local outreach opportunities. Below is a list of local partners that we support financially and encourage Mission Hills people to volunteer for on an ongoing basis. Sign up at the Outreach Center in the lobby to serve on one of the projects being planned.
Northeast Littleton Project
In partnership with other ministries, churches, and local government offices, Mission Hills has chosen to be very involved in Northeast Littleton. Defined by Belleview on the north, Littleton Blvd. on the south, Sante Fe on the west, and Broadway on the East, this is the poorest part of Littleton and home to many ethnic minorities (largely Hispanic). This is still a work in progress. Our vision is to see the establishment of a community center for the area that will seek to address the needs of the community. This project will lend itself to multiple ways for our own people to get involved. Our vision is to see a Hispanic Church meeting in the community center and reaching out to the community.
