June 1 - September 14 - Solid Rock Baptist Church Renovation

Solid Rock Baptist Church, led by Bob and Grace Setor (missionaries that we support and are involved here at Mission Hills), are pastoring this church in Aurora. While waiting to return to Malawi to continue their mission, they have just purchased a new building and need volunteers to help with the labor to reduce costs. We will be partnering with members of Solid Rock and the General Contractors to perform roofing, carpentry, drywall, painting and other building needs. We will also need material donation if possible including drywall, flooring, carpet glue, doors, etc. This project will begin June 1 and go for about 15 weeks. If you feel called to support Solid Rock and can serve during the week or on the weekends, please contact Travis Akins at  This email address is being protected from spambots.
